As owner & head DJ of Elegant Sounds, JP Potter has performed at a wide variety of functions from Weddings to Anniversaries, Holiday Parties to Reunions, and everything in-between.  He got his start as a professional DJ over 10 years ago and aside from mobile work, he has also held the position of resident DJ and Entertainment Manager at various nightclubs.  Despite all this, JP has always loved DJing Weddings and now specializes in Weddings & Corporate Events.

At Elegant Sounds, we believe there is a lot more to being a great DJ & MC than just playing music.  In fact, playing music is just a portion of what we do.  We work with you every step of the way, helping to plan your special event through numerous consultations covering everything from the timeline to music selection to room set-up.  Why do we do this?
